About Libra Engine
An organization that creates self-sustaining organizations.
Extractive economics is linear: take, make, waste. Toroidal economics is circular. Energy flows in and out perpetually to and from those involved, not external financiers.

The founder
Chad Lewine is one facet of the gemstone that is Libra Engine.
In the mid nineties, Chad remembers being face to face with a lower shelf at a grocery or superstore of some sort, looking at a price tag. With confident curiosity, he asked his parents why everything isn't free? Wouldn't that make sense? The 5-year-old Chad has never let go of that vision and in 2026, after 30-some years of experience, deliberation and conflict, that vision has become Libra Engine.
Chad's work with Libra Engine exists at the convergence of economics and information technology, with foundations in the media and entertainment industries, particularly music. He believes that if media can be used to control a civilization, it can be used to free one as well.
Though born and residing in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Lewine spent his 20s in Brooklyn, absorbing the mechanics of civics, culture and society through the lens of a struggling artist and freelance web designer living through the transformation of North Brooklyn into the mega media center it is today. In 2025, a dramatic shift took place within him, a shift that facilitated the formation of his initiatives into Libra Engine as you see it today.
Libra Engine is not bound by industry or institution. It does not replace, it becomes and creates.
The Bridge
Libra Engine Bridge is a portal between what civilization is and what it could be.
The philosophy of Libra Engine Bridge exists to free spirituality from religion, pass it through metaphysics and raise it to consciousness.
Free from religion
The spiritual realms of existence and humanity were captured and compartmentalized by organized religion. Libra Engine Bridge endeavors by wayshowing to release it from that container.
Through metaphysics
Metaphysics is the bridge that makes the now-liberated idea of spirituality measurable and discussable, the way an instrument makes the invisible visible. Rising Compass, making the vibe visible in music, is the first application.
Raised to consciousness
Once tangible, it becomes ubiquitous, owned and controlled only by the exploration of the human mind and spirit itself. Humanity's reactivation and return to empowered, conscious living.
